The brief.
As a customer support company, helping is a part of the Zendesk DNA. Spurred by the sudden separation caused by the pandemic and the maturation of the company over time, we pitched Helpers as a way to model company culture to the Zendesk community. We found the perfect role models β people who answered the call for help in surprising ways. We worked with Even/Odd films to produce two short documentary films and three photo-journo stories.

The web experience.
We designed the website for a slow browse. The documentaries are embedded within their own page, which includes a long-form article about the same subject. The photo stories follow a similar format. The website was inspired by magazine and editorial design.
Messaging.
As a top-of-funnel touchpoint, it was important to explain the heart behind helpfulness β and then tip the hat over to customer support software.
