The brief.

Zendesk needed a brand for its Executive Briefing Center. Our goal was to create a special space for executives to meet and build relationships. Zendesk needed to communicate its vision and mindset, and to create a distinction between executive experiences and other sales meetings.

We created the physical space, a website, storytelling components inside the space (bookshelves, notebooks, swag), and promotional cards and emails.

Customer stories.

To bring customer stories to life, we created a bookshelf that featured portraits of customer experience leaders, alongside products from their companies. Visitors to The Kitchen are free to take these products and give them a try.

Messaging.

The Kitchen invited playful analogies connecting the art and science of cooking to the challenge of creating a customer experience strategy.

SmΓΈrrebrΓΈd.

Zendesk is a Danish-founded company. The briefing experience included live demonstrations by a Danish chef to break the ice as guests entered the space.
